PMC (Production Planning & Material Control)

Requirements :

• Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in PMC / Production Planning / Material Control.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment (mandatory).

• Experience with import/export operations (preferred).

• Strong understanding of:

  • Production planning.
  • Inventory control.
  • Material Requirements Planning (MRP).

• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or similar).

• Strong Excel skills (data analysis and planning).

• Good coordination and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage production plans based on sales forecasts and customer orders.

• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and purchasing teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Manage material planning and control, including:

  • Ensuring the timely availability of raw materials.
  • Monitoring inventory levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.
  • Tracking material consumption and reconciling it with production.

• Oversee import material planning and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for inbound shipments.

• Monitor production progress and adjust plans as necessary.

• Ensure on-time delivery to customers (especially for export orders).

• Maintain accurate data in the ERP system (production plans, inventory, material usage).

• Prepare reports on production status, inventory, and material planning.
