Role Description

We are seeking a Product Trainer for a contract, on-site position based in North Jakarta, Indonesia. The Product Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training sessions related to products and services, creating engaging presentations, and ensuring teams are equipped with the knowledge to effectively use and promote the company's offerings. The role includes:

• Facilitate and present training to areas concerning the division's materials and programs
• Perform product inspection, control and investigation to areas
• Address and facilitate the needs of clients and areas
• Monitors and operate the division's ongoing programs
• Develop products aimed at enhancing market performance
• Implementing marketing plans and activities
• Competitor research
• Help monitor forecast accuracy and identify areas for improvement

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree from any Major or related field
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in Mandarin is a plus
• Having experience in marketing environments and related areas is a plus
• Familiarity with logistics concepts is a plus
• Proficient in the use of office software (Ms. Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Excellent communication and organization skills, with attention to detail
• Willing to handle office administrative matters
• Willing to be placed in Pluit, North Jakarta
• Strong leadership skills and a drive to develop individuals as well as building team
• Strong communication and coordination skills with logical and clear thinking
• Willing to be mobile throughout surrounding area based on company needs
