Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Key Account Manager will develop and maintain relationships with strategic clients, oversee account management operations, and work collaboratively with internal teams to design tailored solutions that meet client needs. Responsibilities include conducting business planning to identify opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, analyzing market trends, and ensuring that key accounts receive consistent and effective support to meet their goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management and managing Key Accounts with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
• Strong skills in Business Planning and identifying growth opportunities
• Exceptional Customer Service capabilities with a focus on client satisfaction
• Analytical skills to interpret data, understand client needs, and propose effective solutions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Experience in the telecom, IT, or energy sector is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
