Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Malang for a Life Planner / Insurance Agent. The Life Planner is responsible for understanding client needs, providing tailored life insurance and financial planning solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships. Additional responsibilities include acquiring new customers, promoting insurance products, and assisting clients with claims processing and policy updates. The role emphasizes proactive engagement with clients to ensure they achieve their financial goals.

• Proficiency in Insurance and General Insurance concepts
• Strong Sales and Marketing abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
