Role Description

This is a short term contract , hybrid role for a Growth Consultant based in Bandung. The Growth Consultant will be responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth through lead generation, developing and implementing sales strategies, and fostering strong relationships with clients / customers of our portfolio. The role also involves collaborating on marketing strategies, supporting event planning initiatives, and utilizing CRM tools to track and enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Lead Generation and Sales, with a track record of achieving targets
• Experience in Marketing and Event Planning to support comprehensive business strategies
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage and optimize client interactions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain client relationships
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvements
• Relevant experience in creative industries such as live entertainment, media, or lifestyle is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
