Marketing & Membership Operations: Plan online/offline marketing campaigns (delivery platforms, reviews, communities); build and maintain membership systems to boost customer retention and brand reputation.
Team Building & Management: Structure store organization, implement tiered training and performance appraisals, and establish incentive mechanisms to reduce turnover and enhance team execution.
Supply Chain & Risk Control: Coordinate with supply chain to ensure ingredient delivery efficiency and quality; establish emergency protocols for food safety, fire safety, and regulatory compliance to prevent security incidents.
Job Requirements:
College degree or above; minimum 5 years of experience in chain restaurant operations management; prior experience in the Indonesian market is preferred.
Proficient in F&B cost control (ingredients, scheduling), ERP system operations, and data analysis; strong profit-oriented mindset.
Excellent cross-departmental coordination skills, crisis management capabilities, and leadership under high-pressure environments.
Language: Native Indonesian speaker; fluent in Chinese and English to facilitate seamless communication between the China HQ and local teams.
