Responsibility :

• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle order processing, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Monitor and update order status, stock availability, and shipping information.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide product information, recommendations, and guidance to customers.
• Track and follow up on customer issues until resolution is achieved.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
• Support promotional campaigns and assist customers during high-traffic events.

Requirement :

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce (shopee, tokopedia, lazada, tiktok) or retail.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using customer service tools, e-commerce platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or public holidays, if needed.
