ICS Indonesia is currently seeking experienced multi-skilled specialists to join our rapidly growing and expanding company.

Airport Representative

• To ensure company standard services of arrival and departure towards ICS customers properly provided
• To be always ready providing assistance on airport related problem encountered by ICS customer upon arrival and departure
• As a company’s person in-charge at the airport to co-ordinate and Control Company’s standard quality of
• service of driver, vehicles, guides and vendors on all related services to ICS customers on arrival and departure.
• To control guide / driver be ready in time of each arrival
• To provide immediate assistance on go-show clients
• To co-ordinate and ensure any lost luggage/damage luggage on arrival be properly reported and followed up
• To control and ensure departure transfer arrived within airlines checkup time

· To provide immediate coordination and assistance to airline for departure client facing problem to arrive within check in time of airlines.

• To facilitate coordination of extra airport services such as porter arrangements, priority parking, etc
• From time to time, to update Operation team on any new regulation implemented by airport authorities towards passengers /ICS customer on arrival or departure
• Minimum Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism/Hospitality
• Fluent in English is a must, verbal and writing
• 1 year experience in tourism or hospitality industry and accounting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record in problem solving
• Maintain and build good working relationships
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good organizational skills
