Job Desc:

Support end-to-end recruitment and performance management processes.

Requirement:

• Have 2 years of experience in Human Resources (minimum).
• Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment process for middle-experienced candidate (from requisition to onboarding).
• Experience hiring for multiple roles/functions and able to handle 5-10 hires per month independently is preferred
• Understands basic performance management concepts.
• Able to support development of simple performance frameworks.
• Able to assist in developing basic learning programs.
• Have a good & strong communication skills.
• Willing to learn and grow into broader Human Capital responsibilities.
• Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (especially spreadsheets).
• Familiar with psychological test tools PAPIKOSTICK, Kraepelin and IST. ****
