ASA Indonesia is currently hiring for the Human Resources Generalist Position. If you have the experience and passion in this field, let's join us!

Job Desc:

Support end-to-end recruitment and performance management processes.

Requirement:

Have 2 years of experience in Human Resources (minimum).
Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment process for middle-experienced candidate (from requisition to onboarding).
Experience hiring for multiple roles/functions and able to handle 5-10 hires per month independently is preferred
Understands basic performance management concepts.
Able to support development of simple performance frameworks.
Able to assist in developing basic learning programs.
Have a good & strong communication skills.
Willing to learn and grow into broader Human Capital responsibilities.
Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (especially spreadsheets).
Familiar with psychological test tools PAPIKOSTICK, Kraepelin and IST. ****
