We’re Hiring: Juice & Smoothie Bar & Production Manager in Uluwatu! 🥥

You-Topia is arriving soon in the heart of Uluwatu, and we are looking for a dynamic, highly organized Production & Bar Manager to help us build something special from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to join a new brand during the pre-opening phase and play a pivotal role in our growth.

The Role:

You’ll be the bridge between our front-of-house experience and our back-of-house production. From hiring and training a rockstar team to overseeing our cold-pressed juice production and managing daily operations, you’ll be the heartbeat of You-Topia.

Key Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Launch & Lead: Manage pre-opening tasks, including staff onboarding and equipment setup.

2.⁠ ⁠Operations: Oversee the daily flow of the smoothie bar and the cold-press production line.

3.⁠ ⁠Quality Control: Ensure every juice, smoothie, and superfood bowl meets our high standards for taste and hygiene.

4.⁠ ⁠Management: Handle inventory, supplier relationships, staff scheduling, and performance reporting.

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Indonesian citizen (WNI), preferably based in or near Uluwatu, or willing to relocate.

•⁠ ⁠Fluent in English (able to communicate with international owners and customers).

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B management (café, restaurant, or juice bar).

•⁠ ⁠Strong leadership and people management skills.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent organization and time-management abilities.

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with POS systems, basic spreadsheets, and inventory systems.

•⁠ ⁠Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays).
