Job Responsibilities

• Compliance Monitoring: Conduct regular on-site safety inspections, oversee PPE usage and K3 procedure implementation to ensure compliance with Indonesian safety and environmental standards.

• System Management & Audits: Develop and update HIRADC, SOPs, and safety training materials; handle accident investigations and reports per local regulations. Coordinate internal and external safety audits.

• Waste Management: Manage classification, storage, and disposal of hazardous/non-hazardous factory waste in accordance with regulations.

• Grassroots System Development: Collaborate with branch plants to establish a "Team Leader + Part-time Safety Officer + Frontline Worker" safety network. Responsible for selecting, training, and evaluating part-time safety officers.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in safety/environment-related fields.

• Experience: 3+ years of safety management in manufacturing plants; experience with Indonesian K3 or grassroots safety systems preferred.

• Skills: Proficient in Indonesian K3 regulations, HIRADC methodology, waste management, and accident investigation procedures.

• Language: Fluency in Chinese/English (working languages) preferred.

• Certifications: Indonesian K3 or relevant safety certifications preferred.

工作职责

• 体系管理与审核：制定并更新HIRADC、标准操作规程（SOP）及安全培训材料；根据当地法规处理事故调查与报告。协调内部及外部安全审核。

• 废物管理：根据法规管理工厂危险/非危险废物的分类、储存及处置。

• 基层体系建设：与各分厂协作，建立“组长 + 兼职安全员 + 一线员工”的安全网络。负责兼职安全员的选拔、培训及考核。

任职要求

• 教育背景：本科及以上学历，安全/环境相关专业优先。

• 工作经验：3年以上制造工厂安全管理经验；具备印尼K3或基层安全体系经验者优先。

• 技能：精通印尼K3法规、HIRADC方法论、废物管理及事故调查程序。

• 语言：能流利使用中文/英语（工作语言）者优先。

• 证书：持有印尼K3或相关安全认证者优先。
