We are seeking a talented and experienced Bartender / Bar Supervisor to take the lead in crafting bar —NOAA Asian Bistro in Seminyak . If you have a passion for mixology, a creative flair, and a proven ability to lead and drive beverage sales, we want to hear from you!

Job description:

• Lead all aspects of bar operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and beverage preparation
• Creates and maintains drink menus, ensuring quality and profitability
• Trains and mentors bar staff in mixology, service standards, and responsible alcohol service
• Ensures a clean, organized, and welcoming bar environment, fostering excellent customer experiences.

Education:

• D1-D4 (Preferred)

Experience:

• Head Bartender: 3 years (Required)

• English (Required)
