About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Lead who can think strategically but also execute fast.
This role is not just about running campaigns. You’ll be leading end-to-end marketing, shaping content direction, and making sure everything we put out looks sharp, consistent, and actually performs.
You’ll work closely with the sales team, international agents, and manage Social Media & Content, so clear and confident communication in English is part of your day-to-day work.
We are currently prioritizing candidates who are available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Own and drive end-to-end digital marketing, from strategy to execution
• Plan, run, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms
• Keep a close eye on performance metrics and continuously improve results
• Lead Social Media & Content Creator to deliver consistent, high-quality output
• Set the direction for content, campaigns, and overall brand communication
• Build and maintain strong visual identities across all projects
• Ensure everything looks clean, premium, and consistent across platforms
• Oversee key materials like brochures, sales kits, and investor decks
• Direct the visual style for social media and marketing campaigns
• Work closely with sales teams and international agents in day-to-day coordination
• Present ideas, align concepts, and communicate updates clearly in English
• Test, learn, and refine campaigns through A/B testing and data analysis
• Make sure all outputs stand out in a competitive market
• Oversee content and visuals for digital, website, print, and events
What We’re Looking For
• Around 3+ years in Digital Marketing (you’ve done both strategy & execution)
• Experience leading or supervising a small team
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads, and ideally Google Ads
• Comfortable working in an English-speaking environment on a daily basis
• Able to present ideas and communicate clearly, not just basic conversation
• Good eye for design, branding, and visual direction
• Able to think big, but also get things done yourself
• Data-driven, proactive, and result-oriented
• Background in property, real estate, hospitality, or villa marketing is a big plus
