Payment Collection Management: Take full responsibility for sales payment collection; establish regular reconciliation mechanisms; follow up on receivables, prevent risks, reduce bad debts, and complete client settlement procedures.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain quality client relationships; conduct regular follow-ups with new and existing clients; respond to needs and resolve issues; consolidate core accounts; manage client and equipment records in a standardized manner.
Efficient Task Execution: Strictly follow company sales management policies; actively support team collaboration; efficiently complete tasks assigned by superiors; contribute to achieving overall team sales targets.
Job Requirements:
Associate's degree or above in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; 1+ year of relevant work experience preferred.
Strong market development and client management skills; ability to identify and address customer needs and offer appropriate product solutions; excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills.
Language: Fluent in English or a minority language (reading, writing, speaking, listening); must pass the company's foreign language assessment.
Good knowledge of the heavy equipment industry and business sectors; good relationships with banks/leasing companies and proficient in MS Office.
