Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area for a Customer Relation Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing customer inquiries, and providing support. Daily tasks include resolving client issues, maintaining high service standards, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Client Relations abilities to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and providing excellent Customer Support.
• Analytical Skills to assess client feedback and propose solutions for service improvements.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.
• Previous experience in customer relations or support roles is a plus.
