Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta for a Customer Relation Staff professional. The individual will focus on maintaining excellent customer relations by addressing customer inquiries, managing customer satisfaction, ensuring successful customer retention efforts, and providing top-notch support to enhance the customer experience. The role involves regular communication with clients and collaborating to meet their needs efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Retention and building long-term customer relationships
• Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and handling client expectations effectively
• Excellent Communication skills to interact professionally with clients and internal teams
• Proficiency in Customer Support and resolving client issues timely and effectively
• Capability to provide top-tier Customer Service and maintain high service standards
• Commitment to professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively
• Familiarity with customer relationship management tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred
