JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Oversee overall HNB production operations (quality, efficiency, cost, delivery) to ensure business targets are met;
• Build and manage a multi-layer production team (operators → line leaders → supervisors) to enhance execution capability;
• Drive improvements in production efficiency and reduction in scrap rate, continuously optimizing yield and cost;
• Ensure production stability and batch consistency (focus on variation control);
• Establish and optimize shopfloor management systems (6S, standardization, visualization);
• Coordinate with Process, Quality, and PMC teams to ensure production continuity and delivery stability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, or related fields;
• Minimum 5 years of production management experience, with team management experience of 200+ employees (3+ layers);
• Background in FMCG or continuous manufacturing industries (preferred: tobacco, HNB, e-cigarette, food, pharmaceutical);
• Familiar with shopfloor management and key KPIs (OEE, yield, efficiency, scrap) and improvement approaches;
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills;
• Good command of English as a working language; tobacco/HNB experience preferred.
