About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Quality Control Engineer (IATF / VDA Focus) to join our team. This role is designed for professionals who excel in quality system management, audit readiness, and continuous improvement within a large-scale industrial environment. This is not a routine quality role — you will be operating in a dynamic, fast-paced setting where your work directly impacts product quality, compliance with international standards, and overall operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ISO9001 & IATF16949 quality management systems
• Lead and handle audits including VDA 6.3 / VDA 6.5
• Handle customer complaints and claims, including root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions
• Prepare and deliver quality reports, analysis, and continuous improvement plans
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve product and process quality
• Ensure compliance with international quality standards and customer requirements
• Support implementation of ISO14001 & OHSAS (HSE awareness)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Quality (manufacturing/automotive preferred)
• Strong knowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001, and VDA audit standards
• Proven experience in handling audits and customer quality issues
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and within cross-functional teams
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus
• Willing to work in a remote site with roster system
