Job Overview

We are seeking a data-driven and commercially minded  KOL Lead  to drive brand growth through influencer and creator ecosystems. This role will be responsible for building and executing KOL strategies that directly contribute to  GMV (sales conversion)  and  brand awareness , especially across retail and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. KOL Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute end-to-end KOL strategy aligned with  GMV targets and brand awareness goals
  • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with relevant KOLs (macro, micro, affiliates, livestreamers)
  • Plan monthly and campaign-based KOL activations to support product launches and retail pushes

2. GMV-Driven Campaign Management

  • Drive  revenue growth through KOL channels  (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.)
  • Optimize KOL performance based on  conversion metrics (CTR, CVR, AOV, ROI)
  • Collaborate with sales/commerce team to align KOL campaigns with  promo calendar and retail strategy

3. Awareness & Brand Building

  • Design KOL campaigns to increase  reach, engagement, and brand recall
  • Ensure consistent brand storytelling across all influencer touchpoints
  • Leverage viral trends and content formats to maximize exposure

4. Livestream & Affiliate Optimization

  • Lead KOL livestream strategy to boost  real-time sales (GMV)
  • Build and scale affiliate/KOL network for sustainable performance marketing
  • Monitor and improve livestream scripts, offers, and host performance

5. Performance Tracking & Analytics

  • Track and report on KOL performance: GMV contribution, ROI, engagement, reach
  • Use data insights to continuously refine strategy and improve efficiency
  • Manage budget allocation across KOL tiers for maximum impact

6. Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor KOL team members (Specialists/Executives)
  • Set clear KPIs tied to  sales and awareness outcomes
  • Build scalable processes for KOL sourcing, negotiation, and reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3–7+ years experience in  KOL/Influencer Marketing , preferably in  skincare/beauty industry
  • Proven track record of driving  GMV through KOL campaigns
  • Strong understanding of  e-commerce platforms and social commerce (TikTok Shop, Shopee, etc.)
  • Experience managing  livestream and affiliate strategies
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
