About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic procurement professional to join our team as a Manager of Strategic Procurement at PT Kamadjaja Logistics' in South Jakarta, Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising our procurement processes to support the company's growth and operational efficiency.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
2. Manage and optimise the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiation, contract management and supplier relationship management
3. Analyse market trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and make recommendations to improve procurement practices
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver effective procurement solutions
5. Lead and mentor the procurement team, providing guidance, training and performance management
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant regulations
7. Monitor and report on procurement KPIs to drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a strategic procurement or supply chain management role, preferably within the manufacturing, transportation or logistics industry
2. Strong understanding of procurement best practices, cost analysis, and supplier relationship management
3. Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
4. Proficient in data analysis and the use of procurement management software
5. Proactive, adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment
6. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field
