Scope of Work HR Support
Background
Save the Children Indonesia continues its transformation towards becoming a diversified NGO by 2030. The People and Organizational Development (POD) Unit has strengthened HR processes and procedures through various improvements to support the organization in providing the best services and partnering with the business, including strategically reinforcing Localization and Partnership Management.
To support this transformation, the HR Coordinator will play a critical role in managing talent acquisition, data management, and HR operations for a one-month engagement period. The position will ensure seamless recruitment coordination, candidate experience, and compliance with HR standards.
Objectives
- Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned positions within SC IDN.
- Ensure a high-quality and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and reporting systems.
- Support onboarding and HR administrative operations aligned with organizational policies.Contribute to employer branding and talent pooling initiatives as needed.
Scope of Work and Deliverables
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for the following key deliverables during the one-month engagement period:
Recruitment & Selection Coordination
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and assessment administration. Ensure high-quality candidate shortlists aligned with job requirements.
Candidate Management & Experience
- Serve as primary point of contact for candidates; ensure positive and timely communication, respond to inquiries, and provide status updates throughout the hiring process.
Interview & Assessment Support
- Arrange and confirm interview schedules with internal and external stakeholders; prepare attendance lists, evaluation sheets, and documentation for panel members.
Documentation, Data Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS/internal tracker; submit at minimum one recruitment report by end of month (pipeline status, time-to-hire, open positions); ensure proper documentation and compliance.
Required Background, Experience
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Additional certification in Recruitment, HR Management, or Talent Acquisition is an advantage.
- 4–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
- Experience coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, scheduling, offer administration).
- Prior experience working with hiring managers or cross-functional teams.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment management tools is preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, assessment methods, and candidate screening techniques.
- Proficiency in using HRIS, ATS, or recruitment platforms (e.g., Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Kalibrr).
- Ability to manage recruitment trackers and prepare reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good knowledge of labor regulations related to recruitment is a plus.

This position is classified at Child Safeguarding Level 2: the post holder will have access to personal data about children and/or young people as part of their work; therefore, a police check will be required (at 'standard' level or equivalent).
