Job Requirements:

1. High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Design Communication Visual (DKV), or a related field
2. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design software (excluding Canva)
3. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
4. Strong time management and teamwork skills
5. Excellent in planning, conceptualizing, and executing creative ideas
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and produce visual materials for publications, event promotions, signages, properties, and other creative needs
2. Manage both offline and online publications for Production Department requirements
3. Support company visits and events (internal) related to production activities, including maintaining inventory in an organized manner
4. Create 2D posters and videos based on event or project needs (photography skills are a plus)
5. Conduct random surveys and reporting activities
6. Manage and maintain company social media platforms professionally (internal social media)
7. Manage daily employee attendance
