Position Overview
The selected candidate will support communication and operational coordination between management, field teams, external parties, and other related stakeholders within ongoing project and site activities.
This role is suitable for individuals who are adaptable, proactive, capable of working in field environments, and willing to grow together with the company through direct operational experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Mandarin ↔ Indonesian communication, both verbal and written
- Assist with interpretation during meetings, work instructions, and operational discussions
- Support coordination and daily activities within field/site operations
- Assist with reporting, documentation, progress monitoring, and work follow-up
- Help coordinate task distribution and team communication under management direction
- Support operational and administrative activities based on project and site requirements
Qualifications
- Candidates have full working rights for Indonesia.
- Based in Central Kalimantan or willing to relocate for long-term site placement
- Proficient in Mandarin and Indonesian, both spoken and written
- Able to perform interpretation and basic translation within operational/work contexts
- Communicative, adaptable, fast learner, and execution-oriented
- Able to work under pressure and adjust to field/site working conditions
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Basic leadership capability and experience supporting team coordination will be considered an advantage
