Qualifications

• Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis and product flow analysis.
• Experienced in gathering, analyzing, and validating functional requirements from users to support project implementation.
• Capable of preparing RFI, RFP, and functional documents based on business and system analysis results.
• Experienced in creating Technical System Documentation (TSD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
• Strong coordination and communication skills with internal development teams, vendors, and related stakeholders.
• Able to collaborate effectively with IT teams and related groups to ensure successful application implementation and operation.
• Experienced in coordinating with business units, vendors, and stakeholders for application function clarification and alignment.
• Knowledgeable in testing preparation and execution, including preparing test criteria and test scenarios.
• Able to support Project Managers in preparing project documentation and implementation activities.
• Familiar with operational risk analysis from a functional and business process perspective.
• Experienced in project implementation within the Payment & Integration domain.
• Capable of preparing technical documentation related to interface design analysis, infrastructure requirements, and system workflows.
