About the role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at PT Redpod Indonesia. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing and interpreting complex data to drive informed business decisions. This full-time position is based in our Jakarta office, where you will work closely with our team to uncover valuable insights and help us achieve our strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Collecting, organising, and analyzing data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
• Developing and maintaining efficient data models and reporting systems
• Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights and presenting findings to stakeholders
• Collaborating with team members to define and implement data-driven solutions
• Continuously improving data collection and analysis processes to enhance the quality and reliability of our data
• Staying up-to-date with the latest data analysis techniques and technologies

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-driven role
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, or other data analysis tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and extract meaningful insights from data
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working with large, complex datasets and a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven projects
• A curious mindset and a passion for using data to drive business success
