About the Role:
- ISR role reports to Regional Sales Manager, Sales.
- The primary duties of this role are to deliver superior customer relationship management in conjunction with their regional sales organization. To achieve this objective he/she will build solid, in-depth relationships with customers aimed at fulfilling a trusting rapport and expanding customer's commitment to purchase and utilize Volex products.
Duties And Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales team with proper pipeline management (SFDC) to ensure latest position is represented for all programs. Include quarterly QAD price renewals, and re-quotes for existing business OPPs.
- RFQ tracking
- Work closely with all levels of the Sales Rep organization to understand and engage in winning opportunities
- Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance
- Ability to respond to rapid change, perform duties with accuracy and with a strong degree of urgency, prioritize and perform work without detailed supervision
- Provide in-country’s office administrative support, including logistic, shipment billing, tracking delivery of product till they are shipped to customers.
- Work with internal departments within the group to support Outside Sales team
- Assist sales to obtain drawings and certificates from databases
- Work with marketing and sales team to coordinate any ECN issue
- Ensure effective communications between factory and the team
- Ensure samples and documents to be effectively accomplished by the related department.
- Liaise with customer on samples and documents submission for part approval till customer approval is obtained
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Electrical, Electronics, Business Administration, Technical, or other related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service environment.
Required Skills
- Ability to build customer relationships
- High Energy Level. Demonstrated ability in meeting sales goals
- High Tech, Direct (B2B) or distribution experience a plus
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to travel to customers (when needed, at times)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and or Chinese if any)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook and overall computer literacy.
