Requirement:
Min. Diploma Degree from any related major
Min. 2 years in the same position
Have understanding of recruitment processes, payroll administration, employee relations, and labor regulations is preferable
Familiar with employment laws, industrial relations practices, and HR administration procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
Willing to be placed on Site Bengalon, Kaltim
Working system is regular, no roster
