**Web & SEO Developer

We’re hiring a Web & SEO Developer to join the Marketing team at Laksana.

This role is for someone who can build and maintain a website that actually performs. Not just looks good, but loads fast, ranks well, and converts.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain the company website (front-end and back-end)

• Run technical SEO audits and fix what’s broken

• Optimize on-page elements: meta, headings, URL structure, internal linking

• Monitor performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and SEMrush or Ahrefs

• Work closely with the MarComm team on content and campaign pages

• Build and improve landing pages for product launches and events

What we’re looking for:

• Solid full-stack development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one back-end language)

• Real experience with technical and on-page SEO, not just theory

• Familiar with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)

• Comfortable reading data and turning it into action

• Able to work independently and move fast

Nice to have:

• Experience with page speed optimization

• Basic understanding of paid search or analytics
