We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and people-oriented individual to help grow and manage our padel community.
This role combines customer service, operations, community building, and growth initiatives. You will be the face of the club while also taking ownership of programs, events, and player engagement.
Responsibilities
* Manage court bookings and daily customer inquiries
* Welcome players and ensure a great club experience
* Organize social events, mixers, tournaments, and community activities
* Build and engage our player community through WhatsApp and social media
* Create and execute campaigns to increase court utilization
* Reach out to inactive players and encourage repeat bookings
* Coordinate with coaches, staff, and partners
* Identify opportunities to improve club operations and player experience
* Take ownership of initiatives that help grow the club
Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly proactive and able to work independently
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Comfortable speaking with new people and building relationships
* Active user of social media platforms
* Experience organizing events, communities, or club activities is highly preferred
* Passion for sports, fitness, or community building is a plus
