Role Overview

Ready to help grow purpose-driven brands?

We're looking for a versatile Principal Designer who combines strong creative skills with strategic thinking. Beyond creating impactful designs, you'll contribute to marketing initiatives, business development, and brand growth across Leven Cotton and our emerging new brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality digital assets for social media, advertising, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage and optimize marketing channels across social media, websites, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with the owner to develop and execute business growth initiatives.
• Support and coordinate customer service and marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Stay current with design, marketing, and consumer trends.

Requirements

• Master's degree preferred (Bachelor's degree with strong experience will be considered).
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in marketing, e-commerce, or B2C businesses.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with Elementor or similar website-building tools.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in written English and native-level Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with social media, photography, video editing, and Excel.
