Job Responsibilities

• Handle purchasing process for goods and services according to company needs.
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers, especially Mandarin-speaking vendors from China.
• Assist in vendor selection, qualification, and performance evaluation.
• Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team.
• Support in cost analysis, price comparison, and market research.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Procurement Supervisor/Manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (fresh graduates with Mandarin skills may be considered).
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) and English (spoken & written) is mandatory.
• Good negotiation and communication skills, especially with international suppliers.
• Familiar with MS Office; experience with ERP/procurement software (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
