Lead and manage all logistics, warehousing, inventory, and distribution activities across the organization.
Ensure timely availability and delivery of uniforms, personal protective equipment (PPE), work tools, and operational supplies for employees assigned to client locations.
Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch processes in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Manage company assets, including tracking, maintenance, allocation, and recovery processes.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve logistics policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Coordinate closely with Operations, Human Resources, Procurement, Finance, and Branch teams to support business requirements.
Manage relationships with logistics vendors, transportation providers, and suppliers, including performance evaluation and contract negotiations.
Prepare and manage logistics budgets, ensuring effective cost control and resource utilization.
Analyze logistics performance metrics and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
Lead, develop, and evaluate the performance of the logistics team to achieve departmental objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, inventory management, or related functions.
At least 2 years of managerial or senior supervisory experience.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, asset management, and distribution processes.
Proven experience in managing logistics operations across multiple locations is highly preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience with ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or Inventory Management Systems is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Willingness to travel to branch offices and client sites as required.
