Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all logistics, warehousing, inventory, and distribution activities across the organization.
• Ensure timely availability and delivery of uniforms, personal protective equipment (PPE), work tools, and operational supplies for employees assigned to client locations.
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch processes in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage company assets, including tracking, maintenance, allocation, and recovery processes.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve logistics policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate closely with Operations, Human Resources, Procurement, Finance, and Branch teams to support business requirements.
• Manage relationships with logistics vendors, transportation providers, and suppliers, including performance evaluation and contract negotiations.
• Prepare and manage logistics budgets, ensuring effective cost control and resource utilization.
• Analyze logistics performance metrics and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the performance of the logistics team to achieve departmental objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, inventory management, or related functions.
• At least 2 years of managerial or senior supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, asset management, and distribution processes.
• Proven experience in managing logistics operations across multiple locations is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or Inventory Management Systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Willingness to travel to branch offices and client sites as required.
