Position                        : Automation Engineer / PLC Engineer

Job Description           :

1.   Design, develop, and maintain PLC programs for industrial machinery and conveyor systems.

2.   Configure, program, test, and troubleshoot PLC systems using Siemens and/or Mitsubishi PLC platforms.

3.   Develop and modify machine control logic based on project requirements and customer specifications.

4.   Perform machine commissioning, testing, and start-up activities at the workshop and customer sites.

5.   Integrate PLC systems with HMIs, sensors, actuators, servo systems, VFDs, and other industrial devices.

6.   Diagnose and resolve electrical, control system, and automation-related issues.

7.   Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.

8.   Prepare and maintain technical documentation, control drawings, and program backups.

9.   Provide technical support and system improvements for existing machines and automation systems.

Qualifications             :

1.   Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

2.   Minimum 1–3 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation (strong fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome to apply)

3.   Hands-on experience with Siemens PLC (S7-1200, S7-1500, TIA Portal) and/or Mitsubishi PLC (FX Series, GX Works)

4.   Good understanding of PLC programming languages, including Ladder Logic (LAD) and Function Block Diagram (FBD).

5.   Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as Profinet, Ethernet/IP, or similar protocols.

6.   Experience working with HMIs, VFDs, servo systems, sensors, and industrial control panels.

7.   Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and control drawings.

8.   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

9.   Willingness to travel for machine installation, commissioning, and technical support when required

Preferred Qualifications      :

1.   Experience in conveyor systems, material handling systems, or industrial machinery.

2.   Experience in machine commissioning and on-site customer support.
