Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in East Jakarta for a Senior Frappe Framework Application Developer. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining applications on the Frappe/ERPNext stack to support distribution, logistics, and Modern Trade operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and refining requirements with stakeholders, implementing business workflows, customizing forms and reports, and optimizing system performance. The developer will integrate Frappe-based applications with internal and external systems such as inventory, finance, and retailer platforms, while ensuring data accuracy and security. The role also includes reviewing code, mentoring junior developers, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting deployment, testing, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Strong Software Development background with hands-on experience in Frappe Framework and related application architecture.
• Proficient Programming skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for building and customizing server-side and client-side functionalities.
• Practical experience with Databases (e.g., MariaDB/MySQL, PostgreSQL) including schema design, query optimization, and data migration.
• Knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and front-end best practices to create clean, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience with Integration of APIs and services, including RESTful endpoints, webhooks, and data exchange with third-party systems.
• Familiarity with ERPNext or similar ERP systems, especially in distribution, inventory, and logistics domains.
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git), testing, and deployment pipelines in a team-based environment.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
