Converting customer inquiries into confirmed paid orders
Delivering 5 star customer service
Increasing average order value through upselling
Concierge-Level Customer Experience and Communication
* Monitor WhatsApp and email; respond quickly, professionally, and clearly
* Assist customers with questions and help them place orders
* Personalize recommendations and suggest appropriate upgrades to enhance the experience
Order Coordination & Accuracy
* Create detailed order tickets for the fulfillment team
* Communicate special requests to Shift Supervisors and kitchen/delivery teams
* Ensure order tickets are aligned with confirmed orders
* Support smooth handover between shifts
Required Skills
- Advanced speak and written English skills!
Proficient in Excel
Fast typing speed
Prior experience in a similar role
Understands luxury customer expectations
