WhatsApp Admin at BALI FLOATING COMPANY

Shift Schedule : 6 days a week

• AM shift 6am-2pm (WFO)
• PM Shift 12pm-8pm or 2pm-10pm (PM shift is more flexible and can be remote)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:

• Converting customer inquiries into confirmed paid orders

• Delivering 5 star customer service

• Increasing average order value through upselling

Concierge-Level Customer Experience and Communication

* Monitor WhatsApp and email; respond quickly, professionally, and clearly

* Assist customers with questions and help them place orders

* Personalize recommendations and suggest appropriate upgrades to enhance the experience

Order Coordination & Accuracy

* Create detailed order tickets for the fulfillment team

* Communicate special requests to Shift Supervisors and kitchen/delivery teams

* Ensure order tickets are aligned with confirmed orders

* Support smooth handover between shifts

Required Skills

- Advanced speak and written English skills!

• Proficient in Excel

• Fast typing speed

• Prior experience in a similar role

• Understands luxury customer expectations
