Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Physiotherapist will assess patients with musculoskeletal and movement-related conditions, perform detailed physical evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include delivering hands-on physiotherapy treatments, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, and coordinating care with colleagues providing bone setting, sports massage, cupping therapy, and acupuncture. The role also involves monitoring patient progress, documenting assessments and outcomes accurately, educating patients on injury prevention and rehabilitation, and contributing to a safe, inclusive, and high-quality clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Professional physiotherapy skills, including patient assessment, treatment planning, manual therapy techniques, and therapeutic exercise prescription.
• Ability to collaborate within an integrative clinic setting, working alongside practitioners in bone setting, sports massage, cupping therapy, acupuncture, and related disciplines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain treatment plans clearly, educate patients, and build trust with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Solid clinical documentation, time management, and organizational skills to manage caseloads and maintain accurate medical records.
• Recognized degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) and valid local licensure/registration to practice physiotherapy in Indonesia, or eligibility to obtain it.
• Commitment to evidence-informed practice, ongoing professional development, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Experience in musculoskeletal, sports, or orthopedic rehabilitation is highly desirable.
