Senior Accounting Staff

📍 Location: Sentul, Bogor, Indonesia

PT Mamame Whole Foods is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Staff to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and be able to communicate effectively in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and accounting transactions.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Perform bank, accounts receivable, and accounts payable reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Monitor operational expenses and conduct financial analysis.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.

Qualifications

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting, preferably in Manufacturing or FMCG industries.

✅ Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.

✅ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Accounting Systems.

✅ Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

✅ High attention to detail and accuracy.

✅ Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

✅ Good command of spoken and written English is mandatory.

✅ Willing to be based in Sentul, Bogor.
