Job Description
Main Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for market expansion of the company's electric motorcycle battery-swapping product partnership program, focusing on key sectors such as express delivery fleets, ride-hailing services and food delivery platforms (Gojek/Grab), campuses, hospitality industries, and industrial parks, driving successful partnerships with corporate clients and achieving business growth targets.
Proactively identify and thoroughly engage potential corporate clients (including large corporate fleets, Gojek/Grab, universities, hotel chains, industrial park management committees, and major HR firms), while establishing and maintaining high-level client relationships.
Thoroughly understand customer needs and pain points in specific scenarios, identifying requirements for commuting, internal travel, short-distance transfers, and operational vehicle usage among both clients and their target audiences. Leveraging the company's products and solutions, develop customized collaboration plans and lead business negotiations and contract signings.
Support the implementation and initial operation of collaborative projects by coordinating with internal operations and product teams to ensure smooth progress and establish a benchmark case for the industry.
Collect and provide feedback on cutting-edge market insights and customer needs to offer firsthand data support for product iteration and continuous optimization of marketing strategies.
Achieving sales targets: including meeting annual revenue and marginal profit contributions, the number of battery-swapping users, the quantity of battery-swapping cabinets deployed, etc.
Continuously refine customer profiles, key requirements, and successful case studies in core sectors (express delivery, ride-hailing, higher education institutions, hospitality, and industrial parks), developing replicable industry expansion strategies to drive scalable business growth for enterprises.
Job requirements :
Educational Requirements: A bachelor's degree or higher; candidates with majors in management, marketing, information technology, or related fields are preferred.
Work Experience: At least 6 years of experience in major client sales; candidates with experience in express delivery, ride-hailing, higher education institutions, industrial parks, or the tourism industry are preferred; demonstrated capability to drive successful business scaling.
Professional expertise: Proficient in the two-wheeled vehicle market, the principles and development trends of battery-swapping technology, and knowledgeable in urban planning, logistics management, data analysis, and related fields.
Possesses a strong sense of purpose and professional responsibility, capable of collaborating with teams to achieve breakthroughs within large-scale business contexts, continuously striving for excellence, and consistently solving problems.
Demonstrates strong cross-departmental collaboration skills and effectively integrates various resources to drive business growth.

负责公司电摩换电产品企业合作方案的市场拓展,聚焦快递车队、网约车及外卖平台Gojek/Grab、校园、酒旅、园区等等核心场景,推进企业客户合作落地,完成业务拓展指标;
独立开拓和深度挖掘潜在企业客户(如大型集团车队、Gojek/Grab、高校、连锁酒店、产业园管委会、大型人资公司等),建立并维护高层客户关系;
深入理解客户需求和场景痛点,挖掘客户及其服务人群在通勤、内部出行、短途接驳、运营用车等方面的需求。结合公司产品及解决方案,为客户提供定制化的合作方案,并主导商务谈判和合同签订;
跟进合作项目的落地与初期运营,协同内部运营和产品团队,确保项目顺利进行,并成功打造行业标杆案例;
收集并反馈市场前沿信息及客户需求,为公司产品迭代和市场策略的持续优化提供一手资料支持;
销售目标的达成:包括实现年度销售收入和边际利润贡献,换电用户人数、换电柜布局数量等等;
持续沉淀重点行业(快递/网约车/高校/酒旅/园区)的客户画像、典型需求与成功案例,形成可复制的行业拓展打法,助力企业业务规模化发展。
任职要求:
教育背景:本科及以上学历,管理类、市场营销、信息技术或相关专业优先。
工作经验:至少6年以上大客户销售经验,有快递/网约车/高校/园区/旅游行业经验者优先,有成功推动业务规模化发展的案例。
专业知识:熟悉两轮车市场、换电技术原理及发展趋势,了解城市规划、物流管理、数据分析等相关知识。
具备强烈的目标感和职责素质,能在较大的业务局面下,协同团队形成突破,不断追求极致,持续解决问题;
具备很好的跨部门协同能力,能够有效整合各项资源推进业务发展;
