JOB DESCRIPTION

• Drafting and reviewing all types of legal documents related to tax disputes based on research into relevant tax regulations and case law;
• Assisting and representing clients in proceedings before the Tax Court, including coordinating with clients to gather supporting documents and data.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor of Laws (S.H.);
• Has completed and passed the Brevet AB and Brevet C training programs;
• Proficient in Tax Court Procedural Law and Indonesian tax regulations;
• Holds a PERADI Attorney Identification Card (KTPA);
• Has at least 3 (three) years of experience practicing before the Tax Court;
• Fluent in and possesses strong communication skills in both spoken and written English;
• Able to work both as part of a team and independently;
