Job Description

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients (architecture firms, developers, contractors).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Pitch and present SCG product line to potential partners or clients.
• Collaborate with the technical and marketing team to tailor project solutions.
• Monitor project timelines, samples, and after-sales service.
• Gather customer insights to improve product-market fit.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to brand growth in the market.

Qualification

• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales project experience, specializing in Sales – architecture firms, developers, contractor equivalent.
• Proven work experience as Area Sales Manageror similar sales role.
• Preferably within an experience in the Building Material Industry (Cement, Concrete, Lightweight Concrete, Mortar, Pipe, PVC).
• Experience forecasting sales and building a customer database.
• Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales and operational team.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a creative problem solving.
• Availability to travel in a certain period of times.
• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Fluent in English.
• Must have a SIM A driver's license and be able to drive a car.
• Willing to handle all areas in the East region
