Responsibilities

TikTok Shop is redefining how people shop for the things they love through a unique discovery e-commerce model that brings together joy, entertainment, and commerce in one seamless experience. About the Role The TikTok Shop Accelerated Development Program (ADP) is a high-impact development journey designed for outstanding MBA and Master’s graduates who are ready to accelerate their careers in one of the world’s fastest-growing e-commerce ecosystems.

From Day 1, you will join as a full-time employee and rotate across key business areas over 18 to 24 months. Through these rotations, you will gain hands-on operating experience, solve real business challenges, and gain broad exposure across strategy, analytics, category growth, operations, and special projects. This program is designed for high-potential early-career talent who aspire to become future business leaders.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, own meaningful projects, and develop the commercial, analytical, and leadership capabilities needed to drive growth in a dynamic digital commerce environment. Upon completion of the program, you will be well-positioned to take on strategic initiatives or key operating roles within TikTok Shop, contributing directly to the growth of our evolving e-commerce ecosystem. Rotation Opportunities Business Intelligence and Platform Strategy: Use data to uncover trends, identify business opportunities, and translate insights into scalable strategies that support decision-making across teams.

Category Strategy: Work with category leaders to identify growth levers such as pricing, assortment, branding, seller development, and consumer engagement, while supporting go-to-market strategies. Special Projects: Drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that address platform-level challenges and strengthen the broader e-commerce ecosystem. Category Operations: Support sellers and creators through onboarding, training, and early growth, using data-driven advice, practical playbooks, and a community-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across selected TikTok Shop business functions to gain end-to-end exposure to strategy, analytics, category growth, operations, and cross-functional project execution.
• Partner with business, operations, category, product, and analytics teams to identify growth opportunities, diagnose business challenges, and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Support the design and execution of go-to-market strategies, category initiatives, seller and creator development programs, and platform-level growth projects.
• Use data and business analysis to monitor performance, evaluate opportunities, build recommendations, and support decision-making for business leaders.
• Own workstreams within high-impact projects, including problem definition, stakeholder alignment, execution planning, progress tracking, and outcome review.
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including sellers, creators, cross-functional teams, and business leaders.
• Develop practical playbooks, process improvements, and scalable operating mechanisms that improve business efficiency and ecosystem growth.
• Demonstrate strong ownership, learning agility, adaptability, and communication skills while navigating a fast-paced and evolving e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)

• Master’s degree or MBA from an overseas university or a top local university is strongly prioritized.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, structured problem-solving ability, and strong capacity for rapid learning.
• Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong interest in e-commerce, digital platforms, business strategy, operations, or technology-driven business growth.

Preferred Qualification(s)

• Academic or practical exposure to Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Prior internship or early-career experience in e-commerce, technology, strategy, operations, management consulting, investment, or high-growth business environments.
• Strong business ownership mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and turn insights into action.
• Experience working on cross-functional projects, case competitions, entrepreneurial initiatives, or business transformation projects.
