About the role

The Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for guests seeking experiences both within and outside the resort. They respond to a wide range of guest requests by accurately assessing individual needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations, and delivering thoughtful touches to maximize guest satisfaction while ensuring compliance with all Four Seasons policies and standards.

What you will do

• Handles all guests need with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Resolves customer complaints, assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
• Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.
• Processes packages, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Assure that desk collateral and information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current.
• Knows what activities are available in the city and establishes close contacts with vendors in these areas in order to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests.

What you bring

• Previous experience from a Concierge of a 5* hotel or guest facing luxury environment is a plus.
• Positive attitude, creativity, resourcefulness, detail-orientation, service-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and organization skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language. Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.
• Guest centricity and understanding the importance of guest’s preferences.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work all types of shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Strong computer skills, including a knowledge of Opera.
