Role Description The Marketing Specialist role at SOLID GROUP is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, supporting brand awareness initiatives, and collaborating with sales and other internal teams to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor data, creating marketing materials, and coordinating online and offline promotional activities. The Marketing Specialist will also track campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and support customer-facing initiatives to ensure consistent, high-quality communication. This role involves working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align marketing strategy with overall business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Background in Sales and Customer Service to support lead generation, client engagement, and relationship management.
• Proficiency in Marketing Strategy, with the ability to plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia, collaborating effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic data reporting is an advantage.
