Key responsibilities

• Configure, implement and customise SAP WMS modules to meet operational business requirements
• Analyse existing warehouse processes and design solutions within the SAP WMS framework to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Perform data migration activities and ensure data integrity throughout the WMS implementation process
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP WMS-related issues and system performance problems
• Conduct training sessions for warehouse staff and end-users on SAP WMS functionality and best practices
• Work closely with business stakeholders, warehouse managers and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations
• Create and maintain system documentation, including process flows, configuration specifications and user guidelines
• Monitor system performance and generate reports to track key warehouse metrics and KPIs
• Identify opportunities for system optimisation and recommend enhancements to maximise operational effectiveness

What we're looking for

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in SAP WMS implementation and support roles
• Strong expertise in SAP WMS module configuration, including inbound, outbound, inventory management and cycle counting processes
• Minimum 3x end to end implementation.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations or supply chain management to understand business requirements
• Proficiency in SAP systems and databases with understanding of system architecture and integration
• Experience with data migration tools and methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex systems
• Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in leading implementation projects or working in project teams
• Knowledge of warehouse best practices and lean methodologies is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
