Role : Business Operations Associate (Remote)
Location : Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Job Type: Contract
Payout : $119 - $168/hour

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Business Specialist - Google Workspace to work on a contract basis. The role involves optimizing Google Workspace tools, managing user accounts, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. Responsibilities include training end-users and troubleshooting technical issues to enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and configure Google Workspace accounts, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Meet for internal teams.

• Provide Tier 2 technical support for Google Workspace-related issues, escalating complex problems as needed.

• Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users on Google Workspace functionality and best practices.

• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize Google Workspace workflows.

• Collaborate with IT and security teams to enforce compliance and security policies within Google Workspace.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Google Workspace administration, including user provisioning and access management.

• Experience with Google Workspace migration projects and third-party integrations.

• Strong troubleshooting skills for Google Workspace applications and related systems.

• Ability to create and deliver technical training materials for end-users.

• Knowledge of Google Workspace security features and data protection protocols.
