Key Responsibilities

1. In-Store Activation

• Execute in-store branding and marketing activities across assigned outlets.
• Ensure product displays, POSM, and branding materials comply with company standards.
• Implement and monitor in-store activation programs according to the marketing plan.
• Maintain the visibility and quality of brand presence at outlets.

2. Marketing Intelligence

• Map SKU penetration and identify potential new outlets and areas.
• Identify potential listing opportunities and communicate them to the relevant team.
• Monitor competitor activities, promotions, product visibility, and market developments.
• Provide regular and accurate market intelligence reports based on field observations.

3. Showroom Operations

• Ensure smooth day-to-day showroom operations and maintain showroom standards.
• Manage and maintain accurate visitor and customer databases.
• Monitor showroom visitor activities and potential leads.
• Coordinate staff schedules and ensure adequate showroom coverage.
• Support showroom activities and ensure proper execution of planned programs.

4. Local Activation & Marcomm

• Execute local marketing activities, including CFD, ATL, public branding, and other relevant activation programs.
• Support the execution of local marketing campaigns according to the approved calendar.
• Build and maintain relationships with craftsmen, applicators, communities, and showroom visitors.
• Develop and maintain an active craftsmen/community network to support brand engagement.
• Monitor and report the effectiveness and reach of local activation activities.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing activation, trade marketing, field marketing, merchandising, event activation, or a related role.
• Experience in FMCG, building materials, consumer goods, or related industries is preferred.
• Good understanding of retail, outlet, showroom, and field marketing activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to build and maintain relationships with store owners, craftsmen, applicators, communities, and other stakeholders.
• Strong execution, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, energetic, and comfortable working in the field.
• Willing to conduct regular field visits and work on weekends or public holidays when required for activation activities.
• Good administrative and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with the local market and area coverage is an advantage.
• Willing to be placed in Bali.
