Role Description:

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Denpasar, Bali.

The Junior Accountant will support the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the company. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an international, fast-paced hospitality and travel environment.

You will work closely with management and different teams, as well as communicate with agents, suppliers, and business partners to ensure that payments, invoices, expenses, and financial records are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day company payments and operational expenses.
• Process and follow up on invoices, payment requests, and payment status.
• ⁠Communicate with agents, suppliers, partners, and service providers regarding invoices and payments.
• ⁠Track incoming and outgoing payments and maintain accurate payment records.
• ⁠Monitor and record company expenses, including office supplies, operational costs, and other business purchases.
• ⁠Ensure invoices, receipts, payment confirmations, and supporting documents are properly organized and recorded.
• ⁠Assist with basic bookkeeping and day-to-day finance administration.
• ⁠Prepare basic financial information and reports for management when required.
• ⁠Work closely with the team on daily financial and operational matters.
• ⁠Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• ⁠Support other finance and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in accounting, finance administration, or a similar role.
• ⁠Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles.
• ⁠A degree or educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
• ⁠Good written and verbal communication skills.
• ⁠Comfortable communicating with agents, suppliers, partners, and colleagues from different backgrounds.
• ⁠Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• ⁠Experience working with international clients or companies is a plus.
• ⁠Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• ⁠Well-organized, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
• ⁠Able to maintain confidentiality when handling financial and company information.
• ⁠Comfortable working in a dynamic hospitality and travel environment.
• ⁠Flexible and willing to support different tasks when needed.
• ⁠Friendly, easy-going, solution-oriented, and positive in your approach.
• ⁠Willing to learn, develop new skills, and grow together with the company.
