Job Descriptions :
- Analyze customer needs
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on customer devices in accordance with Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Provide solutions and give recommendations to the customer according to their needs
- Ensure responsive and reliable service support to customers
- Monitoring network devices (wired & wireless) for collaboration
Requirements :

Minimum education D3 / S1 in Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields

CCNA RS certification is a must
-
Minimum 1 year experience as Onsite Engineer or in a similar role

Good communication and coordination skills

Having knowledge in TCP/IP, internet, networking and security

Willing to work under a 1 year project contract
