FIELD MARKETING EXECUTIVE

To ensure all trade and field marketing operations at the area level are executed in accordance with company guidelines, while proposing bottom-up marketing initiatives that address consumer needs within the assigned area.

As the Field Marketing Executive, you will do:

• Trade & Field Marketing Program Execution:

  • Support the Area Manager in executing and controlling overall demand creation programs.
  • Identify sales opportunities within the assigned territory to continuously grow JTI’s business, including developing weekly sales forecasts across channels.
  • Develop and evaluate consolidated post-program evaluation reports to propose relevant action plans and continuous improvements.
  • Provide recommendations on area market competitiveness and opportunities to establish demand creation programs (Operational Plan) aligned with marketing and sales objectives.

• Synthesis of Sales & Marketing Objectives:

  • Establish alignment between Head Office Marketing and the Field Sales team in delivering competitive demand creation solutions within the assigned area.
  • Collaborate with Sales Supervisors in executing trade and field marketing initiatives to ensure alignment between sales KPIs and marketing objectives.

• Capability Development & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the Area Manager and Sales Supervisors to strengthen demand creation planning and execution capabilities.
  • Facilitate regular alignment sessions to set objectives, motivate stakeholders, and communicate program priorities.
  • Support the development of team capabilities through structured development interventions and knowledge sharing.

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum 2 years of experience of experience in marketing, field marketing, event planning, and/or marketing activation within the FMCG or tobacco industry.

• Strong understanding of trade and field marketing business processes across channels.

• Proven experience in supervising direct and/or indirect team members, particularly in merchandising processes.

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective engagement with collaborators at all levels.

• Proficient in MS Office suite and capable of delivering professional presentations.
