📊 Manage our content calendar, campaigns and performance reporting

🎯 Grow and engage our audience through strong storytelling and commercially relevant content

📸 Visit hotels, restaurants and project sites to capture real AYR installations, customer stories and behind-the-scenes content

🎬 Produce short-form videos, reels, interviews, project showcases and educational content

🤝 Collaborate with our Sales, Operations and Technical teams, as well as hospitality partners

🏨 Turn AYR customer implementations into compelling case studies and use cases

🌍 Communicate our core themes: hospitality, sustainability, water quality, innovation and profitability

🧠 Help develop new campaigns and creative concepts that position AYR as the leading hospitality water solution in Indonesia

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

✔ A natural storyteller with 2+ years of social media, content or digital marketing experience

✔ Strong in photography, video and visual storytelling

✔ Comfortable creating content in professional hospitality environments

✔ Skilled in copywriting, content creation and social media strategy

✔ Able to turn technical or sustainability topics into simple, attractive content

✔ Organised and capable of managing a consistent publishing schedule

✔ Familiar with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, CapCut or equivalent

✔ Comfortable both behind the camera and directing people in front of it

✔ Fluent or highly proficient in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage

✔ Based in Bali or willing to relocate

Hospitality, F&B, luxury lifestyle or B2B marketing experience is a major advantage.
